Returns/Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES* 

Due to our high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our Executive Team (ET). 

In the rare case of exceptions, it will be your responsibility to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. At that point, our ET will require that you cover the cost on the front end to send the merchandise back and if received in proper condition, we will reimburse you the shipping costs through CashApp/Venmo/Zelle (be sure to send clear image of shipping receipt) and send you the proper item(s) free of charge within 5 business days. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us in providing a speedy resolution. 

Once again, exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our ET.

 *Under no circumstance will we process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds for discounted merchandise. All discounted merchandise sales are final.
